Purchase your ticket today for the 2012 Susquehanna Heartland Wine Trail Event  - “A Ticket to Good Taste and Adventure!  This March, take a trip to the Susquehanna Heartland and visit ten wineries awaiting you there: Benigna’s Creek in Klingerstown, Brookmere in Belleville, Hunters Valley in Liverpool, Red Shale Ridge Winery in Hegins, Shade Mountain in Middleburg, Mount Nittany Winery in Centre Hall, Seven Mountains in Spring Mills and Spyglass Ridge Winery in Sunbury. New to the trail this year are Buddy Boy Winery in Duncannon and Armstrong Valley Winery in Halifax!

When you visit each winery any weekend in March (during their store hours), present your ticket and it will be stamped. At the tenth winery you will receive a gift and your ticket will be entered into the grand prize drawing for nights at bed and breakfasts and fine dining meals. A separate opportunity is to do the scavenger hunt for information about the wineries; correct entries will be in a lottery for a refrigerator full of Susquehanna Heartland Wine Trail wines!

Food will be available on Saturdays at Mt. Nittany Winery.  More information to follow. Tickets are $20 each or two for $35 and available for purchase at participating wineries. Wine trail website: www.pawinetrail.com.

    A Diamond in the Woods
"We visited your winery this past weekend and found a gem in the woods. We, my husband, sister and brother-in-law enjoy visiting wineries throughout the Great Lakes region. Out of the many we have visited we enjoyed yours the best: the atmosphere, the scenery, and especially the wine. Thank you!"
    - D. J. Boggs, Sharon Center, Ohio

    Beautiful Location, Warm and Welcoming
"What I like most about Mount Nittany Winery is the beauty of the location - there is a very warm and welcoming feeling the moment you step out of your car. The great selection of wines makes it hard to limit yourself to just one case!"
    - C. Pullin, PSU Class of 2010

    A Special Homecoming
After a visit to the Mt. Nittany Winery, we decided it would be fun to use a sampling of the wines for our next big alumni function. The bottles on the table that evening made it an extra-special Homecoming for all those who attended.
A few weeks later, we returned for a weekend getaway and visited The Tavern and saw that Mt. Nittany Winery wines were on the menu there, too.
Just one more reason I love State College.

Perfect Introduction to the World of Wine
"Going to a wine tasting with friends was a fun and perfect introduction to the world of wine! Thank you, Mt. Nittany Winery!"
    - M. McGreevy, PSU Class of 2000
