This March, take a trip to the Susquehanna Heartland and visit ten wineries awaiting you there: Benigna’s Creek in Klingerstown, Brookmere in Belleville, Hunters Valley in Liverpool, Red Shale Ridge Winery in Hegins, Shade Mountain in Middleburg, Mount Nittany Winery in Centre Hall, Seven Mountains in Spring Mills and Spyglass Ridge Winery in Sunbury. New to the trail this year are Buddy Boy Winery in Duncannon and Armstrong Valley Winery in Halifax!
When you visit each winery any weekend in March (during their store hours), present your ticket and it will be stamped. At the tenth winery you will receive a gift and your ticket will be entered into the grand prize drawing for nights at bed and breakfasts and fine dining meals. A separate opportunity is to do the scavenger hunt for information about the wineries; correct entries will be in a lottery for a refrigerator full of Susquehanna Heartland Wine Trail wines!

The Second Annual Uncork the Alleghenies Wine Festival is coming to the Blair County Convention Center this March. With wine tastings, food samplings, specialty vendors, live entertainment on the main stage and more. This event will be one you won’t want to miss.
