Valentine’s Day Dinner with Chef Mark Johnson

Chef Mark Johnson is back (after our sold-out Winemaker’s Dinner in November) to do a special Valentine’s Day Dinner at the winery. After working as a chef in Philadelphia, Mark returned to his Centre County roots and has spent the last 13 years cultivating relationships with area producers in an effort to create local, sustainable seasonal comfort food. Wines chosen by winemaker, Scott Hilliker, will accompany each course. Cost is $70/pp and includes all wine and gratuity. We are accepting only 40 reservations for this candlelight dinner.
