Libby’s Pineapple Honeydew Sangria

Chill all ingredients first, then stir together in a large glass pitcher: 1 bottle Mt. Nittany Winery Tailgate White, 2/3 cup Tait Farm Pineapple Shrub, 3/4 cup simple syrup*, 1/2 honeydew melon (balls or cubes), and one small handful of whole basil leaves. Fill glasses with crushed or cubed ice and pour sangria over. Enjoy!

*To make simple syrup, heat 1 cup water in the microwave until boiling. Stir in 1 cup of white sugar and chill.
